PAYROLL, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• To process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring that all standard and statutory deductions are obliged according to the law and regulations.
• Responsible for the submission of statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB before stipulated deadline.
• Preparation and submission of payroll related reports.
• Handle queries and investigation requests in relation to pay, reimbursement claims, and statutory related matter.
• Maintain and keep up to date of payroll processing documents, employee personnel file and other HR related documents in a timely manner.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

· Gather, organize and analyze monthly and semi-annually employee performance review.

· Generate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for underperforming employees and Performance Incentive Rewards for employees who perform above expectation.

· Generate performance related analysis and report.

· Undertake tasks around performance management.

· Attendance monitoring, data analysts for performance review use.

EMPLOYEE / INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

· Ensure regulatory compliance to HR and company polices, as well as the Code of Conduct and Ethics.

· Handle grievance procedures according to law and regulations including domestic inquiries.

· Manage dispute / conflict resolutions.

· Prepare show cause, warning, termination, acceptance of resignation letters when required.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

· Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.

· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

· Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.

· Conduct exit interview for departing employees.

· Generate Employee Satisfaction Plan to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover rates.

RECRUITMENT

· Handle full spectrum of recruitment activities (e.g: posting, screening, interview, make offer and etc).

· To manage and organize training for employee (e.g: orientation, in-house, on job and external training and etc).

· Package remuneration offer.

· Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Required spoken and written language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

· Diploma, Degree in Business / Human Resource Management/ administration/ Management or equivalent

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Preferable Executives/Senior Executives specializing in Human Resource or equivalent.

· Detail-oriented, aggressive, and self-disciplined.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking.

• High team spirit, able to work well as a team but also independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
