We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join us

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt frontline services, perform administrative tasks and reception duties.
• Attend to walk-in, phone and email enquiries.
• Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents.
• Identify and assess our salespersons' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Go the extra mile to engage our salespersons.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service or any related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player and fostering a cooperative work environment.
