This is a 3 months contract role. Fresh graduates are welcome too.

Job Responsibilities :

• To prepare MAS daily regulatory compliance reports and other regulatory reports, such as MAS 610 and MAS 649

• To liaise with external tax agent and prepare the branch’s filing for IRAS corporate tax reporting

• To prepare routine head office reports, including reports for submission to Taiwan regulatory authorities

• Liaise with internal and external auditors and to prepare audit schedules as well as financial statements disclosure items

• To update accounting policies and procedure manuals

• Support other accounting operations such as journal input, system operations and month-end closing process

• Participate in system implementation and regulatory related projects.

• Support the head of department on other financial control, financial reporting, tax , regulatory and management reporting matters

• Attend to any ad-hoc requests from management or regulators
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or ACCA equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in accounting, finance or regulatory reporting is preferred.

• Hands onexperience with software/applications such as AgileReporter and MS excel

• Experience with large data and inter-system complexities

• Good understanding of accounting policy and internal controls

• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills and an excellent team player

• Proficient in Microsoft office applications and able to add value to improve work process

• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
