We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing designs, managing client relationships, overseeing site progress, and coordinating with contractors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial space planning and mood board creation to material selection and final site installation.

* Develop detailed design concepts and construction drawings that align with our brand's commitment to quality and innovation.

* Manage client expectations and communication throughout the design and construction process.

* Supervise site progress and coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

* Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth within the studio.

Required Qualifications:

* A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in high-end residential and/or commercial design.

* Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* An impeccable eye for aesthetic detail, textures, and spatial functionality.

* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration across stakeholders.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
