Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: CDB Singapore

Working Hours: 5 days a week, evening shift

Transportation: After-hours transportation provided

Salary: Starting from $3,800, open to discussion for exceptional candidates

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Contribute to staff training programs to enhance service quality.
• Assist in managing inventory and maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining establishment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.
