Summary

The TA Intern will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and administrative tasks. The role also requires familiarity with the China market to assist with market research and candidate sourcing.



Job Scope

  • Assist with job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or tracking sheets
  • Conduct basic market research on talent trends, especially in the China market
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities as needed



Requirements

  • Bachelor in business management/human resources or related fields.
  • Full-time or part-time candidates are welcome, ideally to be able to commit immediately to end of the year.
  • Prior TA internship experience is preferred
  • Comfortable speaking and interacting with people
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Able to support recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment
