Responsibilities

Role 1: IAM Controls & Compliance Specialist

IAM Control Framework: Validate the Design and Operating effectiveness of IAM control standards and control libraries. Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and cybersecurity requirements.

Control Monitoring & Testing: Drive IAM control monitoring programs. Establish control effectiveness testing methodologies. Track and manage control exceptions and remediation activities.

Access Governance Compliance: Assess effectiveness of JML, PAM, and access certification controls.

Validate segregation of duties (SoD) and least privilege requirements against the compliance with identity lifecycle and privileged access policies. Metrics and Assurance Reporting: Monitor and report on control deficiencies and risk indicators. Audit Management: Support audit reviews and regulatory examinations.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in IAM Controls, IT Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity Compliance, or Technology Risk.

Strong understanding of IAM controls testing, and audit requirements.

Familiar supporting regulatory, internal audit, or external audit programs.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.


Role 2: IAM Governance Analyst

  • Role Summary: IAM Governance Analyst is responsible for establishing, maintaining the Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance framework. This role ensures that IAM policies, standards, governance processes, and oversight mechanisms are effective, auditable, and aligned with organizational risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM, IT Risk, Cybersecurity Governance, or Technology Controls.
  • Strong understanding of IAM processes, RBAC, PAM, Access Certification, and JML controls.
  • Experience in governance framework development and policy management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CISM, CRISC or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.


Role 3: IAM Operations & Access Review Support Analyst

  • Role Summary: The IAM Operations & Access Review Support Analyst is responsible for executing day-to-day IAM operational activities, supporting access reviews, identity lifecycle management, privileged access administration, and access governance processes. The role ensures timely provisioning, deprovisioning, reconciliation, and certification activities across the organization.
  • Required Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in IAM Operations, Access Administration, Service Management, or Security Operations.
  • Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and PAM solutions.
  • Understanding of JML processes, Active Directory, LDAP, and access certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, or similar IAM platforms.
  • ITIL Foundation, Security+, or equivalent certifications.
