To support the IT team in daily technical operations, system maintenance, and troubleshooting while gaining hands-on working experience in the IT industry.

Intake: October Intake

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting company hardware, software, and network systems
2. Provide basic technical support to internal users
3. Support system installation, configuration, and testing activities
4. Assist in website, system, or application maintenance
5. Participate in AI and digital solution-related projects
6. Monitor and update IT documentation and records
7. Support data entry, backup, and system housekeeping tasks
8. Assist the IT team in daily operational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Mandarin-speaking preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of programming languages or databases is an added advantage
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Allowance: RM1,000 - 1,500
