Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as government agencies, industry partners, and advocacy groups.

2. Policy Development and Implementation - Conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to Business Unit and influence policymakers.

3. Regulatory Compliance - Consult and advice each stakeholder on the project scheme implementation (NEM & SELCO).

4. Risk Management - analyzing potential risks associated with new initiatives, technologies, or regulatory changes, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.

5. Documents collection and guidance on submission (Internally and Externally).

6. Performing authority submission that includes (GITA, PSS/CAS, NEM, ST License, MGTC Validation).

7. Handling authority payment request submission and PR raised for Professional Engineer Endorsement through SAP system.

8. Working closely with all Business Unit to ensure communication alignment internal and external.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, or another related field.

Experiences:

1. High knowledge on Microsoft (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)

2. Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.

3. Fluency in English listening and speaking ability.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills

5. Good business communication and social skills

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

8. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged.
