Job Title: Funding Associate

Reports to: Funding Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Hours: Rotational shifts including night shifts, ad hoc weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.

About the Role

We're looking for a Funding Associate to join our Funding team. You'll be responsible for processing client deposits, withdrawals and refunds, investigating payment issues, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Working closely with the Funding Manager, Compliance, Risk and Customer Support teams, you'll help deliver a smooth payment experience while ensuring all processes are completed in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client deposits, withdrawals, refunds and internal transfers.
• Monitor payment queues and investigate failed or delayed transactions.
• Verify payment information and complete required AML/KYC checks.
• Process payments across multiple PSPs and payment methods.
• Liaise with PSPs to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records across payment systems.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk and Customer Support to resolve funding queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years' experience in Payments, Banking, Forex, FinTech or Financial Services.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with payment platforms or PSPs is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work rotational or night shifts.
