Job Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and market expansion initiatives for SANY Heavy Equipment in the Malaysian market to achieve company sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and strengthen brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key customers, construction companies, government agencies, and other industry stakeholders.
• Provide professional product solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and recommend timely strategies to capture business opportunities.
• Organize and participate in marketing activities, including exhibitions, product demonstrations, customer visits, and business meetings to enhance brand awareness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities, equipment delivery, and after-sales support, improving customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on market development and business progress.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong experience in market development, customer relationship management, and business negotiation.
• Good understanding of the Malaysian construction and heavy equipment market; existing industry network and customer resources will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
