We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development Executive (Construction & Design) to drive brand awareness, support client acquisition, and develop compelling proposals that win projects. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and support the execution of marketing initiatives. Working closely with our Project Managers, Designers, and Management team, you'll prepare presentations, represent the company at client meetings and industry events, and help strengthen Get Builders' market presence and long-term business growth.

• Prepare company proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Attend client meetings and support business development activities.
• Coordinate company profiles, portfolios, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Manage project photography, videography, website, and social media content.
• Represent Get Builders at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and support lead generation.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Management on marketing and business initiatives.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in construction, interior design, property, or related industries is an advantage.
