Job Summary

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, maintaining customer accounts, and following up on outstanding invoices. The role helps maintain healthy cash flow and supports the organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment schedules.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and customer files.
• Prepare aging reports and accounts receivable summaries.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
• Process credit notes, refunds, and adjustments when required.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding account matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
