What You'll Do

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders
• Preparing quotations, delivery orders and invoices
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Coordinating with our Sales and Warehouse teams
• Following up on deliveries and customer requests
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team

No two days are exactly the same, and you'll learn something new every day.

What We're Looking For

• GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or Higher NITEC
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Customer service or office experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Organised, responsible and a good team player
