The Business Development Executive accelerates business growth by developing high-value industry partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening BELFOR’s reputation as a trusted advisor and leading provider of preventive and restoration solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, loss adjusters, claims managers, facility/property management companies, and commercial and industrial customers to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue opportunities for BELFOR's preventive maintenance, technical cleaning, reconstruction, decontamination, equipment restoration, and related services.
Conduct client visits, networking activities, presentations, and industry engagement to strengthen partnerships and promote BELFOR's capabilities.
Generate leads and referrals through active engagement with insurance partners, facility managers, and end customers across key sectors such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, data centres, manufacturing, and commercial buildings.
Manage sales opportunities and customer interactions through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and pipeline development.
Understand customer operational risks and business needs to position appropriate restoration, reconstruction, and preventive solutions.
Collaborate with the Asia Marketing team on events, seminars, customer visits, and partner engagement initiatives.
Utilize BELFOR's sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts and improve customer engagement.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Achieve business development targets and contribute to overall revenue growth and market expansion.
