Key responsibilities

1. Assist in planning, coordinating and executing recreational, sports and club events, tournaments and activities
2. Support daily operations of sports and recreational facilities, ensuring readiness, cleanliness and safety at all times
3. Liaise with internal departments, coaches, instructors, vendors and external partners for event and programme delivery
4. Provide on-site operational support during events, including setup, crowd coordination and post-event teardown
5. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines and risk management requirements
6. Handle members' enquiries, feedback and service recovery in a professional manner
7. Assist in scheduling, logistics planning and resource allocation for activities and events
8. Maintain proper documentation, reports and inventory related to recreation and events operations
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Club's development and transformation journey
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sports Management, Events Management, Hospitality or related discipline
2. Prior experience in recreation, sports operations, events management or hospitality industry preferred
3. Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
4. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Service-oriented, proactive and able to work well in a team
7. Able to meet the physical demands of the role and comfortable with on-site operational duties (6 days, rest day not fixed)
