- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely system updates.
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery and shipment arrangements.
- Follow up on delivery orders, shipping documentation, and shipment completion status.
- Monitor and update daily logistics activities, including outgoing goods and vessel/container schedules.
- Plan and maintain shipping schedules, including tank truck loading schedules and time slot bookings.
- Prepare and issue logistics-related documents such as cargo tally sheets, labels, and blending instructions.
- Track shipment progress and provide customers with delivery updates and shipment photos where required.
- Support the logistics team with administrative coordination and other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
- Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 days’ Work Week; Mondays to Fridays
- Transport provided from Lakeside MRT
- Vacancy open for Singaporeans/SPR only
