Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Technician to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in providing technical service and equipment maintenance support by performing servicing, repairs, testing and commissioning, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing customer coordination and documentation, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement and training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Support projects and equipment maintenance by performing servicing, testing, commissioning, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers on quotations and repairs, ensure compliance with WSH, GDPMD, and ISO standards, maintain accurate documentation, support billing processes, manage risks, achieve service turnaround targets, and contribute to continuous improvement and training initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year of working experience, preferably in hospital environment or engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong engineering knowledge.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer focus & excellent execution.
• Able to travel outstation or overseas when required.
• Able to be on stand-by
• Fluent in English.
