Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Operation Executive role based in Pengerang Johor. The Sales Operation Executive will support daily sales activities by managing and updating sales data, preparing reports and dashboards, and monitoring key performance indicators. The role involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams to streamline processes, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities. The individual will assist in resolving operational issues, support forecasting and planning, and help improve workflow efficiency. The position also includes communicating with management, ensuring timely follow-up on sales actions, and contributing to process enhancements that improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and support forecasting.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with sales teams and management.
• Customer service skills to support client-facing teams and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Sales operations skills, including experience with sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting.
• Sales skills such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and understanding of sales cycles.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working with data.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales operations, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Can speak mandarin and will be liaise with China clients
