Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
Support the recruitment process, including resume screening and candidate coordination.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on various platforms.
Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative tasks.
Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Candidates with CEI certification will be highly considered.
