Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
Research potential customers across key industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce, Healthcare, and Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Automotive.
Identify and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Conduct initial outreach and appointment-setting activities.
Assist in following up on leads and customer enquiries.
Customer & Market Intelligence
Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the logistics and supply chain industry.
Track industry trends, customer movements, and potential business opportunities.
Support the team in preparing customer meeting materials and presentations.
Client Management Support
Coordinate customer meetings and maintain meeting records.
Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
Maintain and update customer-related records and activity trackers as required.
Sales Administration
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity trackers.
Maintain prospect and customer databases.
Support general administrative activities for the Sales & Client Management team.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Organized and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable supporting different tasks as required.
Prior administrative, sales support, or customer service experience would be an advantage.
Working hrs: Mon to Fri office hours
