Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty care services including facial treatments, body slimming, and IPL to meet client needs
• Respond to customer enquiries patiently and attentively to ensure positive client experiences
• Provide professional consultations to recommend and sell appropriate beauty products and treatments tailored to customers
• Support appointment scheduling, member administration, and reception duties as required to maintain smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and work experience in beauty care services are advantageous but not mandatory
• Good customer service skills to effectively engage and assist clients
• Willingness to apply as a Trainee Beautician for candidates without prior experience

• Monday to Friday: 12pm - 9pm
• Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 10am - 7pm
