Job Summary

Manage and streamline administrative and operational functions including ISO, BCA, Bizsafe renewals, vehicle maintenance, company policies, insurance, and vendor liaison to support organizational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes for ISO, BCA, Bizsafe, and company insurance policies to ensure compliance and operational continuity
• Plan and optimize administrative procedures to enhance organizational efficiency
• Oversee logistics department activities related to vehicle repairs and maintenance to maintain fleet readiness
• Communicate and implement company policies effectively across all departments to ensure alignment
• Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to resolve workers’ administrative issues promptly
• Coordinate with IT vendors to manage repairs and maintenance of laptops, servers, and mobile phones, ensuring minimal downtime
• Organize company events such as retreats and D&D to foster team engagement and morale
• Prepare and submit incidental reports accurately to support operational transparency
