Responsibilities:
Process full payroll functions for local and foreign employees, including part-timers, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies in all payroll transactions
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to verify and document payroll-related advices and payments
Manage overtime, allowances, CPF submissions, and payslip distribution with accuracy
Prepare and submit annual tax declarations (IR8E) and tax clearance (IR21) promptly
Liaise with government agencies such as CPF Board, IRAS, MOM, and MINDEF for payroll and HR matters
Maintain and update internal employee records systematically and securely
Provide daily operational support for HR administration tasks and respond to employee HR and payroll inquiries
Administer staff benefits including leave management, medical claims, and staff uniforms while maintaining proper documentation
Compile and submit periodic HR and payroll reports to management
Handle administrative tasks such as completing MOM mandatory surveys and managing vehicle road tax and inspection requirements
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR head of department and HR manager
Required competencies and certifications:
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or equivalent (IHRP certification holders preferred)
Minimum 1 year of payroll and/or HR administration experience
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, labor laws, and statutory regulations relevant to payroll and HR administration
Ability to maintain employee confidentiality and protect sensitive payroll information
Other Information:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays excluding public holidays (Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
Annual Leave: 17 days (pro-rated for incomplete years of service)
