Job Description:

• Oversee and manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and coordinate daily blending operations to meet production schedules efficiently.
• Ensure all products comply with established quality standards and meet customer specifications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain adequate supply while preventing overstocking.
• Develop and execute transportation and logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes, minimize costs, and improve customer service.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports; regularly update on production status and highlight any issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Industrial and Operations Management
• Location: Pioneer Sector
• Working hours: Mon-Fri - 8.00am-5.30pm, Sat - 1.00pm
