[Key Responsibilities]

• Assist the Site/Project Manager in managing M&E project activities and site coordination.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate drawings, material submissions, and site technical matters.
• Follow-up M&E installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, RFIs, inspection records, and other project-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and project specifications.

[Job Requirements]

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Possess at least BCSS/WSHMCI certification.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in M&E construction.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures, and construction practices.
• Conversant with contract specifications and requirements.
• Familiar with MS Office applications and design software like AutoCAD or BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, site workers, and utility agencies.
• Able to converse in English & Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
