 Role Mission & Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead daily operations and team management in a dynamic plant-based food environment. Your focus will be to drive food quality, cost control, customer satisfaction, and team performance to support Glow Food’s multi-concept growth.

 Store Leadership: Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) store operations to ensure smooth service flow and maximum operational efficiency.
 Team Development: Lead, supervise, and train service and kitchen team members to enhance performance and ensure strict adherence to hospitality standards.
 Quality & Safety: Ensure total compliance with food quality, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and brand standards.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory ordering, par stock levels, and stock control to optimize supply and reduce waste.
Profitability Management: Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and wastage, implementing proactive cost-control measures to improve profitability.
 Guest Experience: Handle customer feedback professionally and execute swift service recovery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
 Sales Driving: Drive sales performance by supporting marketing initiatives and actively promoting our unique Vegan menu items.
 Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality food delivery.
 HR Admin Support: Support staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and internal communication to build a cohesive, motivated team.
Operational Readiness: Uphold proper opening and closing procedures to maintain total operational readiness and store security.
