Responsibilities

• Managing and handle full set of accounts including Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
• Perform timely month-end financial statements and consolidation reports.
• Generate sales records, calculate sales commissions and cash flow management.
• Liase with external auditors and tax agents in year end audit.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related roles to effectively handle financial tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP accounting software to manage financial data.
