Job Summary

You will oversee daily fleet maintenance and operations, coordinate vehicle scheduling and servicing, and collaborate with customers to ensure smooth rental activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules to maintain optimal fleet availability and status
• Monitor vehicle conditions and arrange inspections, maintenance, and servicing to ensure safety and reliability
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to support daily rental operations
• Manage daily maintenance tasks to uphold fleet cleanliness and general upkeep
• Apply problem-solving skills to address operational issues and complete additional tasks assigned by the company

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate relevant experience in car rental or automotive industry roles
• Exhibit resourcefulness, independence, and initiative in managing fleet operations
• Collaborate well as a mature and responsible team player

Other Information

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Saturday (alternate): 8.30am to 12.30pm
