Location: No. 20, Jalan Industri Taming Mas, Pusat Industri Taming Mas, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Working Hours: Monday – Thursday ( 8:50AM – 6:00 PM) Friday ( 8:50AM – 6:30 PM) | Saturday (8:50 AM – 1:00 PM) About LS Smart Machinery LS Smart Machinery is a leader in industrial automation and production line solutions. We are currently expanding our sales team to reach medium-to-mega factories, helping them transition into smart manufacturing through expert consultancy and advanced machinery. Key Responsibilities Generate leads via cold calling, email, and WhatsApp outreach. Manage social media content and campaigns for brand visibility. Attend to walk-in and appointment clients at the showroom. Handle sales of small machines (MCD / R&D units). Maintain showroom and lobby in organized, professional condition. Support sales team with quotations, product information, and promotional materials. Update and maintain CRM system with client info and sales pipelines. Assist with events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations. Conduct monthly machinery stock counts and status updates. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Culinary Arts, Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality, Nutrition, or any related field. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Excellent communication: English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
