Job Description

Responsibilities

Site Inspections: Assessing structural components, concrete works, and temporary construction structures.

Compliance Enforcement: Ensuring all additions and alterations match approved drawings and verifying adherence to the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines.

Safety Assessments: Checking for fire hazards, unauthorized usage of premises, and conducting rigorous facade assessments.
