Job Purpose:

Provide data analysis and reporting support for the Spare Parts business by maintaining reports, developing dashboards, analyzing business performance, and supporting pricing and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and data support for customer-related activities and business processes.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) to collect and analyze key performance data.
• Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for internal meetings and business reviews.
• Support business projects by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements related to data and reporting.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior exposure to customer support, marketing or business operations is a plus.
