5. Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics/transportation industry

- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

- Familiar with transportation documentation (added advantage)

- ⁠Posses minimally class 3 driving license (added advantage)
