Contract Receptionist | Healthcare | Patient Service & Administration

We are hiring Contract Receptionists to support various healthcare organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills who are interested in gaining experience within the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and schedule appointments
• Attend to patients' enquiries and provide frontline customer service
• Handle administrative duties and documentation
• Process payment collection and assist with financial counselling
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Working Hours

• 5.5 days per week
• Office hours

Requirements

• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months, with opportunities for longer-term assignments
