Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee welfare, and training. Provide strategic HR support to management and ensure accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training to meet organizational staffing needs
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes for management and workers, including work pass administration
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management teams to enhance workforce effectiveness
  • Develop, budget, and implement employee welfare programs to improve staff engagement and satisfaction
  • Verify and reconcile payroll transactions and claims to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to IRAS, CPF, and other regulatory authorities within deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with regulations from CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other relevant agencies
  • Draft and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and other official HR documentation
  • Collect and analyze employee data, exit interviews, turnover, and absenteeism reports to identify trends and training needs
  • Manage WDA training grants, course registrations, and maintain comprehensive training records
  • Oversee insurance renewals to maintain continuous coverage for employees
  • Administer employee exit and resignation processes, including conducting exit interviews to gather feedback
  • Collaborate with managers to provide advice and follow-up on employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and administrative support
  • Facilitate cross-cultural and cross-boundary collaboration to ensure consistent HR process compliance
  • Review and improve HR service quality and operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess a Master’s or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR working experience
