Job Summary
Manage comprehensive HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee welfare, and training. Provide strategic HR support to management and ensure accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training to meet organizational staffing needs
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes for management and workers, including work pass administration
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management teams to enhance workforce effectiveness
- Develop, budget, and implement employee welfare programs to improve staff engagement and satisfaction
- Verify and reconcile payroll transactions and claims to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to IRAS, CPF, and other regulatory authorities within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with regulations from CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other relevant agencies
- Draft and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and other official HR documentation
- Collect and analyze employee data, exit interviews, turnover, and absenteeism reports to identify trends and training needs
- Manage WDA training grants, course registrations, and maintain comprehensive training records
- Oversee insurance renewals to maintain continuous coverage for employees
- Administer employee exit and resignation processes, including conducting exit interviews to gather feedback
- Collaborate with managers to provide advice and follow-up on employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and administrative support
- Facilitate cross-cultural and cross-boundary collaboration to ensure consistent HR process compliance
- Review and improve HR service quality and operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a Master’s or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR working experience
