Job Summary

A Supervisor is involved in distributor and wholesale network development to drive sales growth and market coverage while managing pricing, inventory, and supply forecasting to build sustainable channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop distributor and wholesale networks to expand market reach and increase sales
• Negotiate distribution agreements to establish favourable terms and secure partnerships
• Plan pricing strategies and margins for distributors to optimise profitability
• Monitor distributor inventory and stock levels to maintain efficient supply chain operations
• Coordinate trade promotions to support distributor sales and brand visibility
• Ensure comprehensive market coverage by managing distributor presence and performance
• Forecast demand and collaborate with operations to manage supply effectively
• Build and maintain long-term channel partnerships to sustain business growth
