Responsibilities:

• Assist the BD HOD in team management and providing market insights.
• Lead the BD team in hunting new business and building strong client relationships.
• Create smart sales strategies to grow market share.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and be the expert clients trust.
• Work with internal teams to deliver top-tier logistics solutions.
• Present, pitch, and close deals.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales, business development, or logistics.
• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Owns a car and doesn’t mind some travel.
• Someone with hustle and ambition; experience in sales/logistics is a plus.
• A natural people person who can build strong connections.
• A problem-solver with a 'let’s make it happen' attitude.
