Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate onboarding checkpoint assessments.
• Administer MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and employee confirmation processes.
• Administer learning and development initiatives, including training registrations and training records.
• Implementing HR policies/ SOPs, procedures, and employee communications.
• Provide support in employee relations matters and HR compliance activities.
• Prepare HR reports, and manpower-related documentation as required.
• Respond to operational HR enquiries and support Employment Act compliance checks, ISO or internal audits and other HR administration as required.
• Assist in other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Role Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with working experience in building / construction industry.
• Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and is a great team player.
• Willingness to take up new challenges, able to work well under stress and love challenges.
• Must be able to multi-task and have data organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
