Your Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Coordination

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries. 
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 
• Follow up on delivery schedules and customer requests. 

Team Leadership & Performance

• Supervise and support the Sales Coordination team. 
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress. 
• Improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
• Foster a positive, collaborative working environment. 

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Order Processing. 
• Possesses leadership or supervisory experience. 
• Has excellent communication and coordination skills. 
• Is responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented. 
• Enjoys learning and continuous improvement. 
• Has genuine passion for the packaging industry.
