We are partnering with the Singapore subsidiary of a listed Taiwanese logistics group with over 1,500 employees and 80+ business locations spanning Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Backed by a network of nearly 100 trusted agent partners worldwide, they provide end-to-end freight solutions across air, sea, and land. Their Singapore office, which serves as a key Southeast Asia hub, was recently established as part of their strategic regional expansion and they are now building out their commercial team to capture growth opportunities across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will focus on new business acquisition, driving growth by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting new customers within key industry verticals. You will take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from market mapping and prospect engagement through to solution design, negotiation, and deal closure. Working closely with internal teams, you will develop compelling logistics solutions that win new clients, build early-stage client relationships into long-term partnerships, and consistently contribute to revenue and pipeline growth across the targeted verticals

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with at least 3 years of Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management experience within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics sector. Having vertical focus in either Retail, Consumer Goods / FMCG, or Automotive will be an added advantage. You will also need to possess strong knowledge in international shipping processes, custom clearance, and trade documentations.
