Role:

• We are looking for a solution architect to support major technology transformation programs across telecom BSS/OSS, digital customer platforms, integration, and data.
• This is a hands-on solution design role for someone who can translate complex business requirements into practical, implementation-ready designs.
• You will work across the customer and service lifecycle—from product configuration and order capture through billing, provisioning, service activation, and customer self-service.
• You will also help modernize existing platforms, support system migrations, and introduce new digital capabilities.
• The role involves close collaboration with product owners, architects, engineering teams, cybersecurity specialists, operations teams, and technology partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design across CRM, product catalog, order management, billing, provisioning, service activation, and digital channels.
• Design customer and service fulfillment journeys, including order-to-cash, service changes, upgrades, and termination.
• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, process flows, sequence diagrams, interface specifications, and migration designs.
• Define integration approaches using APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, middleware, and batch processing.
• Translate business and product requirements into solutions that engineering and testing teams can implement.
• Define system interactions, data ownership, exception handling, reconciliation, and operational dependencies.
• Design migration and coexistence approaches that protect customer services during platform transition.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, solution design, or a closely related technical design role.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions that connect multiple business and technology platforms.
• Practical experience in telecom BSS/OSS or closely related customer and operational systems.
• Experience in several of the following areas: CRM and customer management, product catalog, order management, billing or charging, provisioning and service activation, service fulfillment or orchestration, and customer self-service.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration architecture, microservices, and end-to-end data flows.
• Experience producing detailed solution documents, technical diagrams, interface specifications, and migration designs.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across product, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and vendor teams.
