What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executive, proactively managing priorities and ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and executive logistics while anticipating conflicts and optimising schedules.
- Prepare and coordinate communications and business correspondence.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
- Monitor executive priorities, track deadlines, and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Support business operations through document management, record keeping, and general administrative activities.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Key Criteria
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite/senior executives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate, consulting, professional services, or multinational environment.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools is highly regarded.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate executive needs with minimal direction.
Work Setup:
- Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur; Fully Onsite
- Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm MYT working hours (may need flexibility depending on business requirements)
