Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end core system implementation programs within the insurance and financial services sector.
• Manage complex transformation initiatives, including policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting, and customer servicing platforms.
• Drive business and IT alignment to ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives.
• Establish program governance, project controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to define target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Lead vendor selection, system evaluation, and implementation oversight activities.
• Manage multi-functional teams comprising business analysts, solution architects, developers, testing teams, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource management, and delivery execution.
• Identify project risks and issues and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Coach and mentor consulting team members while contributing to practice growth and capability development.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years (Senior Manager) or 15+ years (Director) of experience in technology consulting, business transformation, or enterprise system implementation.
• Proven experience leading Core System Implementation programs within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
• Experience delivering one or more of the following:
• Policy Administration System Implementation
• Claims Transformation Programs
• Billing and Collection System Implementation
• Underwriting Platform Modernization
• Customer & Digital Platform Transformation
• Enterprise Application Modernization
• Demonstrated success managing large transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful outcomes.
