Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare customer invoices, follow up on payments, and process creditor invoices and payments.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements; assist with budgets and forecasts
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing of all financial documents.
- Handle payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, PCB submissions, and manage employee claims and reimbursements.
- Support external auditors during annual audits and assist with tax filings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties
- Provide support to the management team as required.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and any other duties assigned by the company to support business operations.
- Current university students pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to write, read and talk in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Open to those interns who stay in Penang Island.
