Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Perform reference and background checks where required.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and other hiring documentation, while assisting with salary negotiations when necessary.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including candidate profiles, identification documents, educational certificates, and other relevant documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunters, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Create engaging recruitment advertisements and employer branding content across digital platforms.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Support HR initiatives, employer branding activities, career fairs, and company events as required.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, or other sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency English and Mandarin is required.
