Role Overview

ATAG Malaysia is looking for a Content Creator Intern to support content creation for both the company brand and the personal branding of the CEO and General Manager. This internship provides hands-on experience in planning, shooting, editing, and posting content while learning how to turn company activities, leadership insights, events, and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming and planning content ideas for ATAG’s social media platforms.
• Support photo and video shooting during events, office activities, and campaign launches.
• Help edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Draft simple captions aligned with ATAG’s brand voice.
• Assist in maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Help organise content assets such as photos, videos, testimonials, and event footage.
• Track and report basic content performance metrics (views, likes, engagement).
• Support the CEO and GM’s personal branding content by preparing short clips, captions, and posts.
• Repurpose leadership insights into simple, engaging formats (short videos, quotes, LinkedIn posts).
• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Passionate about content creation, storytelling, and social media.
• Basic skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook formats.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new content ideas.
• Comfortable attending events and capturing live moments.
• Able to write simple captions in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
• Organised and able to meet posting deadlines with guidance.
