岗位职责

  • Assist in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates.
  • Support submission reviews and maintain records for contracts and claims.
  • Help prepare progress reports, technical correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Support in cost control, budgeting, and payment claims.
  • Assist with procurement tasks such as quotations, supplier coordination, and material tracking.
  • Gain exposure to contract administration and variation orders.
  • Current university students pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to write, read and talk in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Open to those interns who stay in Penang Island.
