This is more than a Management Associate role. It’s an opportunity to work directly alongside the Founder, gaining first-hand experience in building and scaling a fast-growing business.

You’ll be involved in real business challenges across Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations. From driving strategic initiatives to executing projects that create measurable impact, you’ll play an active role in shaping the business from day one.

What we’re looking for:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys challenges and figuring things out
