Job Summary

The Technician is responsible for repairing, maintenance and monitoring of product; installation of product at project sites, assist in the implementation and monitoring of projects/orders; assist in customer services.

Requirement & Qualification

• Minimum possess SPM.
• Have some working experience in mechanical , piping & plumbing.
• Able to work independently in project sites.
• Able to drive. have GDL license is more advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of product at project sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in testing and commissioning new systems or equipment.
• Follow safety regulations and industry best practices while performing tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve technical issues.
• Provide support and training to users when necessary.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
