Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee attendance process, including daily attendance monitoring, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Calculate and verify employee incentives, allowances, and other payroll-related payments.
  • Monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly performance reports for management.
  • Prepare manpower costing, salary analysis, and HR-related cost reports to support budgeting and management decision-making.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, company policies, and other relevant labour regulations.
  • Handle matters related to foreign workers, including work permit applications and renewals, passport monitoring, hostel management, medical check-ups, FOMEMA, immigration matters, and liaison with relevant government agencies.
  • Coordinate disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and counselling sessions when required.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare HR reports and perform other HR administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Experience in calculating employee incentives, allowances, and payroll-related adjustments.
  • Knowledge and experience in KPI monitoring and performance management.
  • Experience in HR costing, manpower budgeting, and salary analysis is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour regulations.
  • Proven experience in handling foreign worker matters, including Immigration procedures, work permits, FOMEMA, and hostel management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and HRIS/Payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
